They are threaded earrings made of sterling silver that has no nickel.
They also come in a 14kt gold that is over the sterling. The threads come
in lengths of 3", 5" and 6" with various pewter charms to change the look
you want. There are also heart shapes with birth stones in the center that
are nickel free sterling silver charms. Some strings are with fixed stones
called either trios or bling strings. They are very light weight and you
can't even tell you have them in, they do not cause allergic reactions.
You can string them through multiple piercing with choice of charms that
