• 3. Displaying material containing nudity, sexual or pornographic material of any kind. Acceptable material would be advertising for swimsuits and lingerie items from approved advertisers; 
• 4. Providing material that is offensive to the online community, including but not limited to profanity, bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, witchcraft, WICCA, satanism, occult, etc.
• 5. Involvement in illegal activities, promoting or providing information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals Defaming any person or group;
• 6. Offline or online gaming or gambling; illegal gaming or gambling.
• 7. Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your home page;

Surflocal.Net will not be responsible for the accuracy of any web advertising and/or for delivery of any goods and services offered by advertisers. Surflocal.Net reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Surflocal  has zero tolerance anti-spamming policy. You are NOT allowed to use your Surflocal.net member account for the purpose of "spamming" individuals and/or newsgroups; conducting unwanted solicitations of groups or individuals, harassing or threatening anyone, or for the purpose of conducting any other unethical or illegal activities. Surflocal.net will not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, ethnicity, etc..except as stated elsewhere in this disclamer. We do however, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
