Trinity's Closet started out with my lending old pageant dresses to my friends daughters and my daughters friends for formal dances. I always ended up giving the gown to the person because they looked so great in it and they were so happy to have it! I started to think that I could easily do this on a special case by case basis in my town. I created Trinity's Closet in an effort to help Middle School and High School age young women in the Fort Collins Colorado area attend their formal dances with a 'primo' gown who would not be able to finance the experience on their own. A formal is a significant milestone in the life of a young woman and you can help me give some girls a wonderful memory. Help me send these girls to the formal with elegance and style! If you are involved with an organization that helps young girls (Middle or High Schools, Foster Care, Dept of Human Services, Adoption Homes, etc) and would like to acquire a formal for someone, please contact me. You will need the following information:

Size of girl : Chest, Hip and Waist measurements and normal dress size

Favorite Color

Any additional infomation that will help me choose a beautiful gown. I want this dress to be extra special, so please provide as much informaton on the girl as possible.

Trinity's Closet accepts donations of formal dresses, purses, jewelry and hosiery all year round.

Donations should be in new or almost-new condition. Gowns can not be stained or be in need of repair.

Before donating, ask yourself if you would wear or allow your daughter or best friend to wear the item to a black tie event - if the answer is YES - then it is appropriate for donation to Trinity's Closet

We require that gowns are dry-cleaned prior to donating.
